The Western States Federal Law Enforcement Association is a group of individuals who want better working conditions for Federal Law Enforcement Officers.

WSFLEA was originally formed as a chapter in 2006, and was officially incorporated in 2007.

WSFLEA is 100 percent volunteer run organization. We are proud that we run our own organization. Our slogan is "Preserving, Protecting, and Representing Federal Law Enforcement Officers in Federal Agencies.
